Lincoln Property Company has broken ground on a new airport submarket project that will transform a Tempe office complex into multifunctional industrial buildings.
The site of the project has been in use since 1977, when it was originally an industrial development property. It was converted to office use in 2018 and is now being reconverted into a two-building, Class A logistics campus on an infill site for Sky Harbor Logistics.
