Phoenix woman indicted for allegedly performing cosmetic procedures without a valid license, attorney general says

PHOENIX — A woman in Phoenix is facing multiple charges after allegedly performing cosmetic procedures without a valid medical license, according to Attorney General Kris Mayes.

Sayde Shea Holladay, the operator of SlimSlays, LLC, was indicted on three felony counts May 11.

“Holladay is further alleged to have practiced medicine without a license and to have knowingly sold or transferred semaglutide and Botox — both prescription-only drugs — without authorization,” the attorney general’s office said…
