A Maricopa County grand jury has indicted a Glendale woman accused of performing unlicensed injections and illegally selling prescription-only drugs in the Phoenix area, authorities said.
Sayde Shea Holladay was indicted May 11 on charges of fraudulent schemes and artifices, unlawful practice of medicine and sale or transfer of prescription-only drugs, according to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
Holladay allegedly operated her business, SlimSlays, fraudulently from Jan. 1 through April 28.
