Developer Robert Finvarb Cos. has revealed plans for a high-rise tower in Miami Beach.
NoBe Parc Miami Beach is planned to measure 15 stories above grade and comprise 232 condos. Floorplans will include studios and “junior one-bedroom,” one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts; they will measure approximately 375 to 849 square feet; prices currently range from $570,000 to $2 million.
Owners have the option of offering their units as short-term rentals, made possible by area-specific zoning laws. Each unit will come outfitted with furnishings from Crate & Barrel, along with terraces. Most communal amenities would be located on the tower’s fifth floor, with residents having access to a swimming pool, fitness center, and gaming lawns (along with other features).
Rooftop amenities would include a sunset lounge, yoga space, and semi-private gathering areas. Arquitectonica & The Architects Group designed the venture. V Starr is the interior designer. As noted, Robert Finvarb Cos. is the developer. The firm has another project in its South Florida pipeline: Hyatt Centric Wynwood, an eight-story, 116-key hotel. Like NoBe Parc Miami Beach, the project is set for a Q4 2028 completion…
