Per the same Florida YIMBY account, Aurevia’s 225 apartments will range from roughly 515 to 1,100 square feet, averaging 776 square feet across studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. The building is designed by Vimani Design and is estimated to cost $77.4 million to complete, the report notes.
