BAL HARBOUR, Fla. – Makoto’s Sushi Chef Aki decided to share some of his secrets during three classes in Bal Harbour. There was a class on Tuesday afternoon, and there will be two more at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 and Sept. 4 at the restaurant, at 9700 Collins Ave., in the Bal Harbour Shops.
