On Sunday night, a Miami Police Department officer said he was trying to help a man on a bicycle in front of the Target in downtown Miami near Overtown.
The officer claimed that the man started acting rude and told him to leave the Target at 249 NW Sixth St. around 7 p.m. As the man allegedly refused to leave, the officer demanded he get off his bike.
“This is going to be the last time I tell you,” the officer is captured on video telling the man. “Are you going to get off the bike or no? You going get off the bike or I’m going to make you get off the bike. I’m not going to ask you again.”…
