The city of Miami mourning the loss of Commissioner Manolo Reyes who was suffering from health complications following a cancer battle. Former Commissioner Ken Russell says he was an old school politician who will be sorely missed. Reyes won his first election in 2017 after six unsuccessful attempts. During his 80th birthday celebration in May he announced he was running for Mayor this November. The commission can appoint his replacement by a majority vote in ten days or it can hold a special election in forty-five days…
