The project will be developed by Cypress Creek Associates LP and designed by RSP Architects. Once complete, the total shopping center area will grow from 176,098 square feet to 264,788 square feet.

According to planning documents, the project is still under review by the Development Review Committee and Planning and Zoning Board. It includes architectural, landscaping, and civil site improvements throughout the property.

  • Sola Salons, which reportedly has an active lease and no formal closure timeline
  • A former Office Depot location that is no longer operating

Despite construction plans moving forward, the businesses remain in place while the city completes its review process. Target has not yet announced an opening timeline.
