Charge dropped against man accused of leaving child alone in Tesla Cybertruck at Aventura Mall

AVENTURA, Fla. – A child neglect charge against a Pennsylvania man accused of leaving a young girl alone inside a Tesla Cybertruck at Aventura Mall nearly three months ago has been dropped, according to court records.

The case against 36-year-old Vadim Fedorovsky, of Reading, Pennsylvania, was officially closed on Feb. 26 by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge William Altfield, records show.
