Monday afternoon, Johnny Noviello, a Canadian national, died in ICE custody at the Federal Detention Center in downtown Miami while awaiting his deportation. ICE confirmed Noviello came to the United States legally in 1988 and got his green card in 1991 before being arrested with his father in 2017 for selling opioids out of a used car shop in Daytona Beach.
