No injuries reported after argument leads to shots fired outside Dolphin Road residence.
MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 22-year-old Miami man was arrested Tuesday night in Key Largo after allegedly firing a handgun during a domestic disturbance. Gabriel Herrera Pesce faces charges of discharging a firearm at a residential property following the incident, which reportedly occurred on Dolphin Road.
Deputies with the Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Dolphin Road at approximately 10:42 p.m. following reports of a domestic argument. Upon arrival, officers located a spent 9mm shell casing near the front door of the property.
According to authorities, Herrera Pesce admitted to discharging a 9mm handgun into the air near the door after he was refused entry to the residence.
