MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A man who had gotten away from police officers in July after a woman accused him of kidnapping was arrested and appeared in court on Friday in Miami-Dade County.
Homestead police officers had arrested Paul Frantz at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday at his home in Miami-Dade County’s Leisure City area, according to an arrest report.
