First Look: New Renderings Of The $100M Waterfront Redevelopment Planned For Miami Seaquarium Have Been Released

Having just said goodbye to the Miami Seaquarium after 70 years of operation last month, new renderings are giving us a glimpse into the site’s completely reimagined future.

Plans are underway to transform the 38-acre county-owned property, led by Coconut Grove-based developer Terra Group, into a vibrant waterfront hub. It would feature a large aquarium, marina, expansive baywalk and “fisherman’s village” with dining and retail options.
