$5K Reward Offered for Information on Suspect in Miami-Dade Street Takeover Arson Case

The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on a man accused of setting a white 2017 Dodge Shelby Charger on fire during a street takeover on December 28, 2025. The incident occurred at the intersection of Northwest 95th Street and Northwest 17th Avenue and is under investigation for arson, according to NBC Miami.

The sheriff’s office has released a flyer with images of the suspected arsonist to seek public assistance in identifying him. He is described as wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with an image of the character “Venom” on the back, dark pants, and red, black, and white shoes, as reported by NBC Miami. The suspect remains at large, and the sheriff’s office is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Authorities also reported that the burned vehicle had previously been stolen from its owner in Tamarac.

The car, owned by a local woman named Shanna, was stolen from her driveway on Christmas night, as per doorbell camera footage shared with Local 10.
