MIAMI — A Miami man is facing a felony charge after police said he went berserk on a Lyft driver downtown after misplacing his cellphone, “jumping through” the window of a Tesla to attack him after they met to get the victim his misplaced cellphone back.
According to the Miami Police Department, the attack happened on Dec. 23. Officers said the victim reported the attack a week later.
An MPD report states that the Lyft driver picked up a man and a woman and successfully drove them to their destination. Police said the two contacted him later and said they left their cellphone in his Tesla…
