A record home sale hits Miami-Dade

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan just closed on a $170 million mansion on Indian Creek Island in Miami.

The deal, which closed on March 2, makes it the most expensive home sale in Miami-Dade County history and one of the priciest residential purchases ever recorded in the country. A representative for Zuckerberg declined to comment.

The buy comes as tech billionaires flock to Florida while California considers a new wealth tax.
