Four people are facing charges in the drug overdose death of a woman who was visiting Miami for the Ultra Music Festival last year, officials said.
The charges steam from the death of 24-year-old Jenniha T. Le, who collapsed after taking MDMA, also known as Ecstasy or Molly, while attending the festival at Bayfront Park last year, Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said at a news conference Wednesday.
According to an arrest warrant, Le and her partner, 25-year-old Hannah Le-Nguyen, had traveled to Miami from Georgia to attend the festival.
They were at the festival on March 30, 2025, when Le-Nguyen contacted Miami Fire Rescue at the medical tent about Le going in and out of consciousness, the warrant said…
