As far as donuts in Miami go, The Salty pretty much runs the game. And now they’ve gone and reunited with another local institution to bring back the limited-time Sticky Bun Donut!
The drool-worthy dessert, which takes both specialties from the donut shop and Knaus Berry Farm in Homestead, is celebrating 10 years of the annual collaboration. And honoring how the brand first launched,The Salty’s vintage camper is doing a special pop-up residency at the farm!
Inspired by the iconic sticky rolls that have attracted long lines for decades, the returning donut features a Knaus Berry Farm bun wrapped in The Salty’s 24-hour brioche, topped with cinnamon sugar and salted caramel glaze. In addition to the Sticky Bun Donut, other additions for the decade celebration include the Sticky Bun Latte and a Sticky Bun Matcha Latte, translating the warm cinnamon-glaze flavors of the pastry into drinks for the first time.
When will the Sticky Bun Donut be available?
The limited-edition anniversary donut and lattes will be available from April 6 through 12 at the following South Florida Salty locations: Wynwood, South Miami, Coconut Grove, FIU, Aventura and West Palm Beach. Guests can order both in store or via The Salty app…
