Vicky Bakery might just be Miami’s most iconic institution. Since opening its first shop in 1972, the family-owned bakery chain has been our go-to for morning cafecitos, delicious pastelitos and party platters. But what if they decided to serve cocktails and stay open until late night?
That’s exactly what you should expect at Bar Victor, the bakery’s newest venture! Nestled inside the Key Largo location, the full-service bar concept takes things beyond the bakery counter with handcrafted drinks and shareable Cuban plates.
Designed as a relaxed and inviting hangout, the cocktail menu features a mix of modern twists, tropical staples and elevated classics like the Torrejas Old Fashioned or Fuácata Cafecito Martini, a playful nod to cafecito culture.
The menu is curated by none other than local mixologist Giovanny Gutierrez, which also features the Guayabita Paloma, Banana Daiquiri and Mojito Royal — all perfectly crafted for sipping on island time!
As for food, the menu trades your typical pastry case for a lineup of tapas-style small plates and familiar favorites designed for sharing. Highlights include classic croquetas, tequeños with boom boom sauce, empanadas and toston nachos…
