Kygo’s global entertainment brand Palm Tree Crew is expanding into the housing space with a first-of-its-kind 480-unit complex in Miami.

Palm Tree Crew, DJ and record producer Kygo’s global entertainment and hospitality brand, is moving into the housing space with plans for a luxurious 480-unit complex in Miami. Palm Tree Residencies will be the first of its kind initiative from the brand, marrying fully furnished condominiums with a broader experiential hospitality package that includes access to the Palm Tree Crew portfolio of events.

The 37-storey tower, located in downtown Miami’s Park West neighborhood, will be developed by PMG, Lion Development Group, Sterling Equities, and Eden Residential. Design and architecture will be led by Kobi Karp. Palm Tree Residencies will feature 480 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom configurations.

Sales are expected to begin in early June, with the apartments set to open in 2030.

Amenities will include a rooftop infinity pool, outdoor double-panel courts, a fitness center with a climbing wall, a thermal circuit wellness spa, and much more. The Miami complex will also feature a Palm Tree Club venue on the ground floor, which will serve as the home of curated live music programming.

Residents will gain access to the brand’s events ecosystem, including preferred access to Palm Tree Festivals, members-only lounges, and hospitality offerings related to Palm Tree’s international events business…
