Together, the pair are asking roughly $138 million. The listings, which went live this month, reunite properties Duker has held through relistings and long build-outs. In Tribeca, the Sky Lofts penthouse at 145 Hudson Street is back, this time with a $59.5 million price tag. The spread offers about 7,500 square feet of interior living space and a roughly 4,500-square-foot wraparound terrace, according to StreetEasy.
The Modlin Group and Compass are co-listing the penthouse, which marketing materials describe as a multi-level glasshouse with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and museum-quality insulated glazing, per Realtor.com.
