MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — A Miami Gardens woman is facing multiple felony charges after investigators said she allegedly shot another woman earlier this year.
Authorities said Milagros De La Caridad Navarro, 35, was arrested Tuesday by the Miami Gardens Police Department after surrendering herself in connection with the Feb. 22 shooting.
