Miami, FL – A new statewide report on Florida’s condominium safety inspections is raising questions about how building conditions are being documented five years after the deadly Champlain Towers South collapse in Surfside.
The report, the first milestone assessment required under Florida’s post Surfside condominium safety laws, identifies 24 buildings statewide as either unsafe or uninhabitable.
