A 46-year-old man faces aggravated battery charges after a parking lot argument outside a Hialeah Walmart turned physical, leaving another driver with severe spinal injuries and bleeding on the brain, according to police.
Officers arrested Christian Salgado on Monday following the May 23 incident at the Walmart located at 400 W. 49th St.
Investigators say the dispute began as a verbal argument between Salgado and the victim while both were in their vehicles. The victim eventually parked his car, and Salgado initially drove away.
