Here’s What The Court Documents Allege
As previously reported, court documents obtained by TMZ allege the charges stem from a May 27 yacht incident in Miami. Prosecutors claim DeenTheGreat, whose legal name is Nurideen Shabazz, became involved in a physical altercation with a woman aboard the yacht.
According to the alleged victim, Destiny Aleman, Deen became upset after other men tried talking to her aboard the yacht. She claimed Deen grabbed her forearm while she was recording the interaction, leaving a minor scratch before allegedly taking her phone.
The yacht owner reportedly turned over security footage to police, which authorities say showed Deen allegedly grabbing Aleman multiple times. Police were reportedly waiting at the dock when the yacht returned, and authorities say Deen’s account did not match the footage…
