The Miami Springs Police Department participated in a large scale operation in conjunction with the Florida State Attorney’s Office Human Trafficking Task Force that resulted in the arrest of 29 indivdiuals. They were charged with a variety of felony and misdemeanor charges.

The Miami Springs Police Department, in collaboration with the State Attorney’s Human Trafficking Task Force, conducted two targeted operations along the NW 36th Street corridor to identify and assist potential human trafficking victims.
