Sitework Starts on Two-Tower ‘Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences’ at 750 Claughton Island Dr, Miami, FL

Sitework has officially started on the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences in Miami-Dade County.

The luxury endeavor is slated to comprise two towers: one measuring 66 stories (850 feet) and another measuring 33 stories (426 feet). The larger tower will host 66 residences and 121 hotel keys; the other will exclusively host residences – 228, to be exact. Floorplans will range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts, including duplex penthouses.

Residents at both towers would have access to a suite of amenities, with just a few including multiple swimming pools, waterfront cabanas, and sports courts. In total, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences would span more than 1.2 million square feet of new construction and cost an estimated $226 million to complete.

Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect. Swire Properties and Mandarin Oriental are leading the project.
