Florida cops say two mothers locked kids aged 5 and 7 out and ignored their knocking, leaving them to walk hungry to Publix

Two Florida mothers allegedly locked their kids outside the house to play, but didn’t take them in when they knocked back on the door after exhausting themselves.

A school resource officer found the kids

Miami Police Department’s arrest report said they nabbed the moms, 40-year-old LaToya Garland and 36-year-old Mikequisha Gordon, near Northeast Seventh Avenue and Northeast 132nd Street in Miami, Florida.

Around 6:29 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, a Miami-Dade County Public Schools officer saw a 7-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy walking down the street, per Local10.

The two mothers met at an apartment in the 600 block of Northeast 133rd Street and asked their kids to play outside…
