Of course, it wasn’t just the fact that the little girl was in the back seat that got the 26-year-old mom in trouble, but instead it was what her daughter was doing while they were on the road.
Local10 News reports that Isabella Fernanda Saenz was seen driving on a major road while her daughter was standing up in the backseat of the car, unrestrained, with half of her body hanging out of the window. The outlet says that it obtained a copy of the arrest report regarding the incident, and Saenz told officers she had no idea what her daughter was doing behind her when she was stopped.
The Pembroke Pines police officer who wrote the report claims that the woman had “glossy” eyes when he spoke with her, prompting a sobriety test. He then went on to claim that she ultimately failed a breathalyzer as well…
