A Miami man was taken into custody Monday after authorities linked him to thousands of dollars stolen from an Upper Keys construction company through forged checks.
Rico Jermaine Ivery, 20, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2026, and booked into jail on charges of grand theft, forgery, and counterfeiting.
