A Miami man is facing serious charges after he allegedly opened fire on a rideshare driver in Homestead, authorities said.
Jabar Joe Ryland, 26, is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder, carrying a concealed firearm and grand theft, Miami-Dade jail records showed.
