Sourdough & Co. is set to debut in Miami. According to a Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation permit, the fast-growing, casual restaurant chain specializing in warm, deli-style sandwiches, soups, and salads is planning to open its first Miami location in Pinecrest within the Pinecrest Place shopping center at 7880 SW 104TH STREET, UNIT 106A.
The location is already listed as “coming soon” on the brand’s website.
At the helm of the opening is franchisee Scott Morris, who was also listed on the permit. What Now Miami briefly chatted with Morris, who confirmed the exciting debut. Unfortunately, Morris was unable to share further details by the time of this publication…
