A malnourished blue merle French bulldog with “its bones visibly protruding through loose skin” left alone on a high rise balcony in Miami, Florida is receiving needed veterinary care after the dog was removed from his home early Saturday morning. Fortunately, it had been neighbors who aided in the dog’s rescue from the apartment’s 25th floor.
According to police reports, the neighbor had “observed the dog being kept in the same balcony area for approximately two weeks,” and the dog seemed “extremely emaciated” at the ParkLine Condominiums. The neighbor also stated feces and urine had been accumulating on the balcony’s floor…
