A 35-year-old man accused of stealing an elderly woman’s car and leading police on a dangerous chase across Miami-Dade County appeared in court for the first time Monday.
Jordan Brown is facing multiple criminal charges, including carjacking and fleeing from police, after authorities say he escaped from Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah and stole a vehicle from a woman in the hospital’s parking lot.
