A popular national restaurant chain was ordered to close after a complaint inspection uncovered live flies throughout the restaurant, including in the kitchen, front counter, lobby and even the restrooms.
Inspectors found more than 30 live flies in various areas, along with food-contact areas in need of cleaning and improperly hot-held rice.
