The restaurant is planned for 325 NW S River Drive, Miami, FL 33128, along the Miami River. DBPR records show a restaurant plan review filed for the location on September 24, 2026.
The planned restaurant is located in an area that has attracted a growing collection of dining and entertainment concepts along the Miami River. The Pirata name has also been associated with Miami restaurateur Roman Jones, who previously discussed plans for a Pirata concept focused on an approachable dining experience along the river.
