A 3-year-old girl is recovering at a South Florida hospital after she fell from the third floor of a Miami-Dade apartment building, and it isn’t the first time an incident like this has occurred at the same complex in recent months, according to officials.
The incident took place at an apartment building on Northeast 18th Avenue in North Miami, and neighbors say they believe that bushes under a window may have broken her fall.
