MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — A 26-year-old Texas woman was arrested Sunday after Miami Beach police said she tried to punch, spit on and kick officers following a report of an SUV traveling in the Ocean Drive bike lane.
Police identified the woman in an arrest report as Brianna Michelle Castillo, of Houston.
