Nearly two decades after her son was gunned down in southwest Miami-Dade, a grieving mother is renewing her plea for help and says she will never give up until his killing is solved.
As tears fell, Tracy Brown told CBS News Miami that she wants justice for her son, Luis Leon Jr.
“Luis was a special child. He was loving. He always tried to help people,” Brown said. “He wasn’t an angel, but he was my child. He didn’t deserve to die the way he did.”…
