A worker at a Chipotle restaurant in Florida who was told to “clock out” by his manager threatened to kill his boss and threw a knife and glass bottles at him, according to authorities.
Levar Walker, 20, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — a felony — as well as misdemeanor counts of battery, assault, and criminal mischief, according to Miami-Dade County court records reviewed by Law&Crime. He is currently in the custody of Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation.
