BISCAYNE PARK, Fla. – More than a week after a fiery crash rocked a Biscayne Park neighborhood, a third person has succumbed to their injuries. Authorities said 23-year old Aaron Kamaree Gainer died in the crash when a Kia model electric vehicle crashed on Northeast 119th Street near 5th Avenue on Jan. 15.
