MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Police arrested a Miami man Tuesday after they said he fatally shot a woman in the back of the head in northwest Miami-Dade the day prior. Jalen Leon Bradley, 27, of Overtown, faces charges of second-degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm and evidence tampering.
