MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 27-year-old South Florida man is facing a felony charge after police said he molested a teenage girl who ran away from home. According to Miami-Dade police, Leonel Keenan Labranche was on house arrest when he drove up to the 13-year-old, who was walking along the street after running away on Jan. 9 , and invited her into his home on Northwest 83rd Terrace in the county’s West Little River area.
