OCHO RIOS, St. Ann Parish – A Carnival cruise that left Miami for Jamaica hit a pier on Thursday. The Carnival Magic was in Ocho Rios this morning. Cruise officials say strong winds and swells caused the pier fender to collapse, and then the cruise ship hit the pier.
