MIAMI – A 29-year-old man went into a women’s bathroom at a Miami-Dade College campus in order to watch students using the toilet, according to police. Rishard Parsons is only facing misdemeanor charges in connection with the voyeurism allegations, but he also faces a felony after Miami police said he tried to get away from officers.
