Mast Capital and AEW completed construction of Remi on the River, a new apartment development in the Miami River District. The 342-unit luxury apartment community is located at 999 NW 7th St. and spans over 400 feet of waterfront along the Miami River. Apartments come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and encompass 465 to 1,334 square feet. Interior features include European-designed kitchens with stainless-steel and built-in wine refrigeration, front-control ranges in some apartments and views of the Miami River and Miami skyline.
