South Florida developer ANF Group recently completed the second phase of Superior Manor Apartments, bringing 76 affordable-housing residence to Liberty City. The new apartments are slated for residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income, with rents ranging from $459 to $1,078 per month. The phase is an expansion of the existing 139-unit phase I development, which was completed in 2018 and primarily serves senior residents.
