MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) – Several families are taking legal action against the owners of an apartment complex in Miami Gardens after their loved ones were fatally shot and one was left injured. They claim that the management at the apartment is not taking the proper steps to make sure their community is well secured.
