Eva’s Story and Rescue
Her foster family shared that Eva’s tale began on the roads of the Redlands, where a dedicated volunteer spotted her. Despite months of gentle coaxing, Eva remained elusive, her worn collar a silent reminder of a past life. It wasn’t until she sought shelter to care for her 11 newborn puppies that rescuers were finally able to bring her to safety.
Now fully vetted, spayed, and weighing around 50 pounds, Eva has blossomed in the shelter’s care. She’s incredibly friendly with other dogs and could thrive in a multi-pet household, but she would also be content as the only furry friend in a loving home.
